About our menu –

All of our bread is dairy free, preservative free & baked fresh in Portland, Oregon by Broadway Bagel Baking Company.

We serve Pacific Northwest Cascade Farms naturally raised, humanely treated & hormone free 100% ground chuck.

Our kielbasa sausage is 100% pork & made locally by Zenner’s Sausage Company.

Our tortilla chips are made in Hood River, Oregon by Juanita’s Fine Foods & are vegan & gluten free.

We serve Portland local Choi’s kimchi.

Our house vinaigrette is made with 100% olive oil & is vegan.

We fry in 100% canola oil.

Vegan & vegetarian items are cooked on shared equipment.
